Meet Tanya
Founder of Restore & Revive Yoga & Fitness
Hi, I'm Tanya - a personal trainer, small-group fitness instructor and yoga instructor. I help women build strength, move with confidence and find a way to stay active that fits their lives.
My path here is personal. After more than 18 years as a paramedic in Ontario, I understand how demanding life can be, both physically and mentally. In 2018, I was diagnosed with PTSD related to my work. Alongside counselling, yoga became an important part of my recovery, helping me manage stress and reconnect with myself.
That experience inspired me to teach and eventually create Restore & Revive - a welcoming place where women can challenge themselves, feel supported and discover what they're capable of.

My Approach
Strength. Balance. Community.
What began with yoga has grown to include small-group strength classes, outdoor Bootcamp, personal training and nutrition coaching.
I believe fitness should support the life you want to live - whether that means lifting heavier, keeping up with your family, enjoying a hike or feeling more capable in your everyday routine.
You can expect encouragement, options to suit your starting point and a challenge that helps you progress. We work hard, share some laughs and celebrate the wins along the way.
My goal is for you to leave each session feeling stronger, encouraged and proud of what you've accomplished. Over time, I hope Restore & Revive becomes more than a place you
work out - a community where you feel comfortable being yourself, supported in your goals and excited to keep going.
Beyond the Studio
Outside of teaching and training, I love hiking, travelling and finding my next adventure - especially if it involves mountains. From climbing Half Dome to exploring Banff and discovering new places in Europe, I'm happiest getting outside and experiencing somewhere new.
Those adventures are a big part of why I value staying strong and active. I want to keep exploring, taking on challenges and enjoying life - and I love helping others build the strength and confidence to pursue whatever adventures matter to them.
